Name, email address, phone number, restaurant name, business address, branch details, account role, account preferences, and related registration details.

Subscription plan, invoice records, payment status, payment references, bank transfer confirmations, and limited transaction-related details. We do not claim to store full card details through our own systems.
Service data
Menus, categories, products, variants, orders, inventory, tables, receipts, reservation data, branch data, staff data, logs, settings, permissions, and operational data created in the Service.
Technical and usage data
IP address, browser, device information, operating system, access times, pages visited, in-app actions, referral pages, performance logs, and diagnostic data.
Communications
Emails, support tickets, feedback, billing discussions, and other messages you send to us.

To operate the Service, we may use providers such as Vercel for frontend hosting, Render for backend hosting, Neon for database services, Cloudflare for image delivery and related infrastructure, and Brevo for email sending and communication.
We may also use financial channels such as United Bank Limited (UBL) and Payoneer in relation to billing and payment arrangements.
11. International Use
We provide services in Pakistan and may serve customers in Middle Eastern countries. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that such transfers, storage, and processing may occur, subject to applicable law and reasonable safeguards.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, comply with law, enforce agreements, protect security, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.
If you stop using the Service or request deletion, we may retain your account and associated data for up to 3 months and then delete the account and associated data, subject to legal, security, audit, tax, fraud prevention, technical, backup, and dispute-resolution requirements.
