  • Transaction & Usage: plan selections, subscription events, order meta (counts, timestamps), device info (browser, OS), general location (derived from IP).
  • Content: menu items, inventory records, branch configuration, and other data you upload or generate in the Service.
  • Support: messages, call notes, or other communications you send us.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, including:

  • Account creation, authentication, and role-based access;
  • Operating core features (orders, KDS, inventory, analytics, receipts);
  • Billing, plan management, and add-on enablement;
  • Communicating about updates, security, or support;
  • Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud or misuse;
  • Aggregated analytics to improve reliability and usability.
